TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum Order Quantities
CMT only 500 units. Complete garment supply 50 units per style and minimum 5 per size.
Trade Only
QA Clothing Factory (PTY) Ltd is strictly a Trade Only Supplier. We will only supply
customers that are reselling our goods. By accepting these terms and conditions you
are declaring this to be true. If found not to be true you will be taken off the database
immediately.
Pricing
All Pricing is calculated on the construction of the garments. This includes but is not
limited to: Fabric, Trims and Labour. Prices for orders are also based on quantities
ordered.
Samples
We will not manufacture any order without a pre-approved sample for production
purposes. Samples will be charged for including pattern pricing. Pattern pricing will
be refunded against orders. Samples will not be made unless paid for in full in
advance. QA Clothing Factory (PTY) Ltd does not accept any responsibility for the
incorrect supply of samples should we not be provided with all the relevant
information regarding fabric, trims, colour, sizing, specifications etc.
Goods
Please note we do not accept returns. We do however offer a quality guarantee on
all our products, and will stand behind our products. It is the customers responsibility
to verify the quality of the stock delivered within 7 days and before branding the
goods. Under no circumstances will branded goods be accepted as returns.
Branding
QA Clothing Factory (PTY) Ltd does not NOT have an inhouse branding facility.
Instead we prefer to partner with established Branding Houses, we will never
compete with our Branding House Customers locally, but will instead refer Branding
business to Screen Printers and Embroiders that choose to support us.
Payments
All customers are COD. 50% Deposit required.
Only Loyalty customers will qualify to apply for Credit. Credit is approved by Credit
Guarantee, customers must be underwritten to qualify.
Delivery
QA Clothing Factory (PTY) Ltd strives to ensure perfection in delivery dates.
Our general turnaround is 21 working days from approval of samples and payment of 50% deposit.
